Robert earned his Juris Doctor in 1994 from Touro College Jacob D. Fuchsberg Law Center in Huntington, New York, where he served as a Student Bar Association Class Representative (1992–1994). He received his Bachelor of Arts in Political Science/Criminal Justice from the State University of New York in 1991, graduating from the distinguished Rockefeller College of Public Affairs and Policy. During law school, he gained hands-on courtroom experience as an intern in the District Court Bureau of the Suffolk County District Attorney’s Office (1992–1994). He was admitted to the New York Bar in 1995.
